Hi, I’m Caroline, founder of The Extra Group. I built this program because it’s what I needed when I was a seed-stage startup founder.
While we sold to namebrand clients like Wayfair, DraftKings and Drizly, finding recurring revenue and undeniable product-market fit was a challenge for us for a few big reasons:
I simultaneously avoided and put too much pressure on every sales call
I focused too much on what we wanted to build than what the market wanted to buy
We tinkered on elements of the product that weren’t going to impact sales (but we didn’t sell enough to know that)
After working at a growth-stage startup in Go-to-Market and coaching dozens of early founders, I built this Product-Market Fit Program so ambitious founders and teams can sidestep sales mistakes and earn revenue quickly without sacrificing their vision.
How it works
Step 1: A 90-minute discovery session where we’ll work together to get all the insights about your business and target buyer out of your brain. I’ll also get to know your vision and values.
Step 2: Then, I provide a founder-led sales curriculum and a coaching plan, based on your company’s stage and goals. We will use the frameworks and tools that I’ve seen work with dozens of other founders and leaders, including explainer videos and resources like outreach templates, sample sales decks, frameworks, trackers, and how-tos.
Step 3: We work together for six months building towards your tangible results. You get tactical advising on how to crack early sales, and the coaching support from someone who’s been in your shoes.
